Exchanges
We do not currently offer exchanges. Please review the product description and photographs carefully before purchasing. If you have questions, contact us before placing your order.
Refunds & Returns
All purchases made through Earth Plus Fire are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges, and no refunds to the original form of payment will be issued.
Our watch jewelry may include one-of-a-kind, vintage, secondhand, handmade, reworked, or newly manufactured components. Every item is sold as-is. Minor signs of age, patina, surface wear, or variation may be present in vintage or secondhand watch centerpieces and components. Any significant flaws will be stated in the product description or shown in the product photographs.
Exceptions
Any exception to this policy is granted solely at the discretion of Earth Plus Fire.
If an exception is approved, store credit only will be issued. Store credit:
- Has no cash value
- Is non-transferable
- Cannot be redeemed for cash
- May be applied toward a future purchase
Under no circumstances will monetary refunds be issued.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for reviewing all product descriptions, dimensions, materials, condition notes, watch-functionality information, and images before completing a purchase. When a product offers lettered centerpiece options, customers are also responsible for confirming that the selected letter matches the exact centerpiece they wish to purchase.

Pick-Up Policy
All orders must be picked up within 15 days of purchase. Orders not collected within this period will be canceled and are non-refundable.
By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this Return & Refund Policy.
