Exchanges

We do not currently offer exchanges. However, we’re happy to provide precise measurements for the waist, bust, back, and length upon request to help ensure the best fit. The sizes listed with each piece reflect their accurate fit based on our fittings and expertise, which may differ from the size stated on the label.

Refunds & Returns

All purchases made through Earth Plus Fire are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges, and no refunds to the original form of payment will be issued.

Due to the nature of our products including but not limited to clothing, jewelry, one of a kind pieces, most items being vintage, handmade, reworked designs, and some new items all items are sold as is. Minor signs of wear may be present in second hand or vintage pieces, while any significant flaws will be clearly stated in the product description.

Exceptions

Any exception to this policy is granted solely at the discretion of Earth Plus Fire.

If an exception is approved, store credit only will be issued. Store credit:

• Has no cash value
• Is non-transferable
• Cannot be redeemed for cash
• May be applied toward a future purchase

Under no circumstances will monetary refunds be issued.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for reviewing all product descriptions, measurements, materials, condition notes, and images prior to completing a purchase.

Pick-Up Policy

All orders must be picked up within 15 days of purchase. Orders not collected within this period will be canceled and are non-refundable.
